You will earn two bachelor’s degrees:

  • International Management
  • Administración de Empresas

+ Master in International Management upon completing the program.

This professional specialization will allow our graduates to acquire knowledge and develop new skills and competencies to solve more specific problems in their professional practice.

Specialization Master's Degrees

At the end of the fourth year, after completing bachelor’s degrees in Administración de Empresas and in International Management, students can pursue a one-year Master in International Management from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez in Chile or apply for the CEMS Master in International Management, which is partially conducted in Chile and partially abroad. Both programs are taught 100% in English and lead to the professional title of Ingeniería Comercial and a master’s degree.

Thus, the graduate in International Management has a world-class education that appropriately synthesizes all the skills, abilities, and competencies required in a globalized and complex world.

Master in International Management – UAI Business School (Chile)

All students who have completed the bachelor’s degrees in Administración de Empresas and in International Management,  can enroll in this program. It is conducted at the Business School of Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez in Chile.

Master in International Management – CEMS UAI (Chile and abroad)

To enroll in this program, the student must have completed the bachelor’s degrees in Administración de Empresas and International Management, apply, and be accepted by CEMS to pursue the CEMS Master in International Management.

CEMS (which originally stood for Community of European Management Schools) is a global alliance of 33 leading business schools and 70+ multinational corporate companies and NGO social partners across six continents, offering the CEMS Master in International Management (MIM).

The Master’s program is a top-ranked management program recognized as the best passport for an international career, offered by one of the broadest global networks of its kind. In every country, only one top-tier institution is chosen to represent CEMS.

Since 2012, Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez has been the sole CEMS alliance business school to offer this program in Chile. Initially available to our Ingeniería Comercial students, it is now also open to our International Management students.

If you already have a B1 level, you will need to provide official documentation that certifies this level to make your validation effective.

Which certificates will not be accepted? Those that indicate that the student completed a course lasting less than 4 months. These documents are generally issued by international exchange agencies and do not represent an official certification of the language level.

The main objectives of the Master in International Management are to develop professionals with a global perspective, capable of leading in multicultural and complex environments while providing strategic solutions in the field of international business.
